All purchases made on EduShaale are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Accidental purchases.

• Lack of usage or dissatisfaction with the service.

• Ineligibility to use the purchased services.

In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may consider refund requests if there is a technical issue on our part that prevents access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved. Any such request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting edushaale@gmail.com.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in the suspension or termination of your account. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us before initiating a dispute.
